Writers submitting responses and passing the qualifying test will be notified of acceptance to the team according to the terms and conditions herein. Once accepted, an individual Writing4Money account will be created with individual log in username and password and you will be directed to the Writing4Money assignments portal where all tasks are listed. Your Personal Account becomes your gateway your personalized Writing4Money assignment portal Dashboard where you will find assignments and complete project details available for you.
All payments to Freelance Writers are maintained through bank transfers or Paypal. There is no minimum payout amount for transactions. Payment requests are accepted and processed on the 15th and 30th day of each month unless otherwise specified. It may take up to 4 business days for the funds to appear in your account. All payments records are automatically updated in the writer account.
All Projects will be checked for plagiarism prior to the final submission. In case the Client or Company reveals plagiarism through any electronic plagiarism detection system, penalty and money reduction will be applied, and immediate suspension or termination of writer's account with a cancellation of any pending commissions will occur.
Freelance writers agree to produce written materials, namely research paper, essay, dissertation samples, PowerPoint Presentations, business plans, website content, math and statistics problem solutions and other written assignments at the request of the Company for fees agreed upon in advance and turn in or deliver the Project by an agreed upon deadline. Company is an intermediary between Freelance Writer and the Client. Writer agrees that he will be the sole author of the Project, which will be an original work, free of plagiarism. Writer agrees to use reasonable care to ensure that all facts and statements in the Project are true and that the Project does not infringe upon any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of a third party. Freelance writer agrees to edit the project per Company's request through the Company's website as it deems appropriate for publication, and that writer will cooperate with Company/Client in editing and otherwise reviewing the Work prior to publication. Writer will cooperate with Client if any complaints, claims or litigation should arise regarding the Project. Writer agrees that Client can claim for a 100 % refund according to the Company's money back guarantee policy if the Project does not follow the Client's guidelines or is "not as described", is not delivered on time or because of the writer's failure to edit the Project properly. In case of refund, the Company will deduct Writer's fee from writer's balance at Writing4Money.
Your earnings for each project assigned and accepted depends on the urgency / deadline, complexity, length, and required research...and your personal profile. Your writing fees are agreed upon in advance, and depend upon several variables:
Writer is responsible for the payment of all federal, state and/or local taxes with respect to the services he/she performs for the Company as an independent contractor.
Writer agrees to turn in or deliver the Project by an agreed upon deadline. Any lateness may result into cancelation of the Project with no compensation. If the Writer requires a deadline extension, he/she has to inform the Company about the deadline shift at least 24 hours before the original deadline. Deadline extensions for projects with a deadline of less than 24 hours are not possible. Submission of late orders may result in the immediate suspension or termination of writer's account with a cancellation of any pending commissions. Retraction from the Project may result in fines, unless the Writer informs the Company about the withdrawal in advance. Writer has the right to retract from any order only during the first 24 hours for orders with deadlines of 8 or more days; during the first 12 hours for orders with deadlines of 2-8 days.
Writer acknowledges that he/she may be furnished or may otherwise receive or have access to information which relates to the Company's or Client's past, present or future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects and proposals, and other proprietary information which gives the Company or Client an opportunity to acquire an advantage over its competitors who do not know or use it (the "Proprietary Information"). Writer agrees to preserve and protect the confidentiality of the Proprietary Information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed to Writer before this Contract is signed or afterward. In addition, Writer shall not disclose or disseminate the Proprietary Information to any third party and shall not use the Proprietary Information for his or her own benefit or for the benefit of any third party. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Writer shall be prohibited from discussing the Client or the Project with a representative of the press or media, either directly or indirectly, without the Client's and Company's express prior written approval.
Freelance writer is a solely Independent Contractor when acting as a writer at Writing4Money. No partnership, joint venture or other legal entity is created between Company and Freelance Writer. Company is not the employer of the Freelance Writer, and Writer is not, and will not be treated as, an employee of Writing4Money for federal tax purposes, or any other purposes.
All writers must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are not permitted to be a freelance writer at Writing4Money. Freelance writer represents and warrants to Company that Freelance Writer has read and understood the Company Policies, Terms and Conditions that are set forth on our website and agrees to the terms set forth therein.
Company reserves the right to amend this agreement as needed from time to time, and Writer agrees that any and all such amendments will apply to Writer. Freelance Writer agrees to review this Freelance Writing Contract for any changes or additions, monthly or at the beginning of each writer payout cycle, whichever is sooner. The date of the last change or addition to this agreement is posted at the end of this document.

Writer hereby understands and agrees that all Projects submitted to, and used by the Company under this Contract shall be considered works for hire, and further, to the extend any intellectual property right does not pass pursuant to a work for hire, Writer hereby assigns to Company all rights to use the Project, and all previously submitted Projects of Writer, in any tangible medium of expression, now known or later developed, from which it can be perceived, reproduced, or otherwise communicated, either directly or with the aid of a machine or device, including without limitation the rights to archive republish, edit, repackage or revise any Project in any manner as Client sees fit.
